"People can judge me for what I've done. And I think when somebody's out in the public eye, that's what they do. So I'm fully comfortable with who I am, what I stand for, and what I've always stood for."
-Hillary Clinton
"Bad things do happen; how I respond to them defines my character and the quality of my life. I can choose to sit in perpetual sadness, immobilized by the gravity of my loss, or I can choose to rise from the pain and treasure the most precious gift I have - life itself."
-Walter Anderson
"One of the most courageous things you can do is identify yourself, know who you are, what you believe in and where you want to go."

HAPPY 2016!
This is the time when I usually get all mushy and let out all my emotions. It's important that I reflect on my year so I can figure out what I could do differently or what I need to change.
This post will just be an end of year round-up. I will also be sharing ALL the bloggers, photographers and new friends that I've met in 2015.
This might be a little lengthy.

It has been the busiest, craziest and most emotional year I ever had but I won't get into details just yet. We still have a little over a week until 2015 ends and I cannot wait!
If you're like me, you have a song that will take you back to a certain time or event.
In this post, I want to share my most listened to songs of 2015, so far....
Do leave a comment below with your favorite tunes for 2015 :)

Christmas is upon us and if you haven't started buying gifts for people, you started too late. I'm not a big Grinch but I seriously cannot wait until it is over. Buying gifts can be stressful because I just never know what to get anyone, even if they're super duper close to me.
In this post, I put together a few list of things you can get for someone in your life who has the same taste as me :)

First post with my natural hair texture & I can't believe I used to hate it!
It took me years to appreciate my curly/wavy hair. I remember wearing my hair in a ponytail ALL THE TIME growing up because I just didn't know how to make it straight. In my country, having curly hair wasn't popular at all. I wasn't part of the "cool kids club" because of my hair, amongst other things. Fast forward to moving to USA, I was exposed to diversity. My former "not-so-cool" hair is now very much accepted. It still took me awhile to get used to wearing my hair wavy because I didn't know the right products to tame them.
