Confidence, you're just not born with it. I can personally testify to this. I was a very insecure kid, teenager, young adult and grown woman. It's what women are programmed to feel. Not going to sit here and blame it all on surroundings, a lot of it has to do with my inner strength.
I can now say I have confidence in myself, not just by looks but also my ability as a woman. It sure wasn't easy and it took a whole lot of time.

Shoes, a woman's kryptonite. It's one reason why women always need a much bigger closet....(uuhhm guilty!) You can ask any man who has a woman and he'll tell you he wants to secretly give half of his woman's shoe collection away. Ok, maybe not but I sure have heard that suggestion before. I do often go through my collection and give some away......but only to make room for new ones. Hah!
I think I've narrowed down what we REALLY need in our shoe collection. Every pair of shoes serve a purpose.

It's pretty much true. We wear all black because we know it will never fail. It's like when I see someone in the street wearing all black at the same time as me, we have some weird connection through the understanding that black rules the color wheel.
