Black & Brown

Brown, it's not the first color I'd choose. When I found this midi dress, I was very hesitant to purchase it in brown because I thought it would be unflattering & very bohemian. I was definitely wrong when I wore the dress for the first time.

Brown and all its sister shades are coming back in a giant way this year. Whether it be tan, camel or cognac, brown is back!

I absolutely love this dress and this color! I'll fill you in a little secret...
When I see a trend that I'd like to try, I try to find similar styles on Amazon.com and buy the cheapest options. Just like this dress, I just wasn't sure if this would look good on me. You just have to be prepared to return things because sometimes the fit may not be right. With this dress, I already had the expectation that it MIGHT be too tight especially since me and bodycon dresses aren't really besties. To my surprise, it fit amazingly, I can breathe just fine it it!

Leave it up to me to always try to toughen up an ultra feminine dress. The easiest way to do that is to wear black leather. It's that simple, really.
